Our Lavender Stress Bags are small hand-made pouches filled with a mixture of dried lavender buds and lentils. The bags may be  used for aromatherapy by squeezing repeatedly releasing a calming scent for stress relief and relaxation. Lavender Stress Bag 3-Packs include three approximately 3 to 4.5” wide by 3 to 4.5” long stress bags, which have 100% cotton fabric covers double-stitched with cotton thread. Stress bags are available in assorted colors and fabric patterns (see ADDITIONAL INFORMATION). The contents of the bags are a 50% mixture of dried hybrid lavender buds and lentils. For cooling relief, seal the stress bag in a plastic bag and freeze overnight before use. For warming relief, place the stress bag on a clean, dry plate in the microwave. Start the microwave with 30 seconds on full power and increase by 15 second steps to get the desired temperature. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Do not exceed 1 – 1.5 minutes in duration. The aroma of the lavender will decrease with repeated heating and cooling. DO NOT WASH THE STRESS BAGS.
