Purchasing/Shipping Methods

We use USPS Flat Rate Priority or Ground Advantage for all of our shipments. Our on-line Farm Store uses Shipstation, a web-based shipping plugin, to provide you discounted shipping rates, typically lower than retail rates, based on destination and delivery time.

“Local pickup” and “Request a Shipping Quote” are our two on-line shipping options on the “Checkout” page. For our international neighbors, at the present time we are not setup for non-US shipping until we better understand international regulations, and then setup the shipping options.

1. “Local Pickup” option only

• Lavender Hydrosol, Lavender Wreaths, Lavender Mini-Bouquets, and Premium Dried Lavender Bundles are items only available by “Local Pickup”.
• If your on-line “Shopping Cart” includes any of these items, then all items are “Local Pickup” at the BBLF Farm Store. The on-line “Request a Shipping Quote” option on the “Checkout” page will be unavailable.
• We encourage you to visit our Farm Store in Johnson, WA. However, at your request, we offer “Free Local Delivery” for orders exceeding $100 to pickup locations within the city limits of Moscow, ID, Pullman, WA, Colton, WA, and Uniontown, WA.

2. “Local Pickup” or “Request a Shipping Quote” options for items not “Local Pickup” only

• If you have a local address, choose the “Local Pickup” button to save shipping costs. We encourage you to visit our Farm Store in Johnson, WA. However, at your request, we offer “Free Local Delivery” for orders exceeding $100 to pickup locations within the city limits of Moscow, ID, Pullman, WA, Colton, WA, and Uniontown, WA.
• Alternatively, enter your shipping address on the “Checkout” page. Then choose to keep your shipping costs as low as possible by pressing the “Request a Shipping Quote” button, followed by pressing the “Request a quote” button. This will automatically send us an e-mail indicating your request for a customized low-cost shipping quote. After processing, we will send you a return e-mail quoting a shipping cost for your approval  If you approve the shipping cost, then press the “Complete Your Order ” button which will return you to the “Checkout” page. The last step is to enter your credit card number under “Payment Methods”, and then press the “Place Order” button.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Our on-line store uses SSL encryption, the industry standard for secure data transmission, to protect your payment and personal information during transactions, ensuring your information remains private and secure. We take every precaution to protect your data both on-line and off-line.
• Our BBLF website and on-line “Checkout” are protected by reCAPTCHA v2, and Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• We use “Cookies” to measure our website’s effectiveness and security, enhance your user experience, and assist with targeted advertising. You can decline “Cookies”, but this may affect some website features.
• We retain personal purchase related information (excluding credit card data) and an e-mail marketing list. You may request the erasure of your personal data at any time, excluding data we are required to keep for legal or administrative purposes.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data we retain, request correction or deletion of your personal data, and opt out of our marketing communications at any time.
• We do not sell or share your personal information entered on the “Checkout” page unless explicitly required to do so by law.
• When you submit your e-mail, you consent to receive our marketing communications. However, we assure you not to sell or misuse your e-mail information.
• BBLF reserves the right to update our Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in regulations, technologies, or business practices. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. (Effective Date: 2/3/2026)
