The buds from three lavender cultivars (Lavandula x intermedia “Provence”, along with Lavandula angustifolia “Buena Vista” and “Opal Rain”) were carefully selected for their unique qualities then blended to perfection with 80 proof Vodka! This blend features sweet floral notes with undertones of herbs and mint.
Simply substitute lavender extract at a 1:1 ratio in most recipes that require vanilla extract. For an extra flavor burst try ½ tsp in your morning coffee or tea. Each bottle contains 2 oz of extract.
